Part lighthouse, part chapel. It's popular among the C'efil during peacetime for weddings, events, get-togethers. As the Penn cannot swim and it's one of the few C'efil buildings on land, which means it's often used for those occasional meetings between the C'efil and the Penn, like this one. It's also very close to the C'efil-Penn boarder on this side of the planet.
